To Dance or Not To Dance?

One of the biggest expenses at many wedding receptions is the entertainment.  Do we have a dance floor, do we hire a band, a DJ, do we find a friend to control an ipod and make our own shuffle list, or is there something else we can do for entertainment?  Little did I know before the engagement, Creative Groom is not a dancer, so we opted for no dance floor.  We are currently working on other creative entertainment options, but if we were to have a first dance, I’m pretty sure it would be to this song:

Definitely a shuffle list on your iPod..

Again..you know how we went on this one…I’ve hated most every DJ I’ve ever experienced at a wedding…the touch screen juke box we rented was less than $200 (two years ago)… and I think the “juke box-ness” of it added to the entertainment factor…but then, I have some pretty fun and crazy friends (like you) who really provided the entertainment.

Yeah – we provided pretty good entertainment – for very little cost :-)

iPod shuffle sounds creative – with “Lucky” at the top of your list. Even if Creative Groom doesn’t dance, the 2 of you can “sway” to this wonderful song while the rest of us enjoy the moment :)
